Wow! WVF - Every trip - you must really like it there. This will be my 7th trip since 2004. I sort of got hooked on AC : ) Do you get different units each time? I've emailed nellies and rentbelize with no response. Cap Ron has responded and speaks highly of the staff and has some really good packages to offer. Is there security on site?

You may try Belize Tradewinds also. We stayed there for three trips and were very satisfied with the resort and the grounds. Good location.
Been there, done that, the washing machine ate the T-shirt

Thanks - Bobber. Tradewinds did respond to me. They are a lot more pricey than everyone else. Did you stay in a oceanfront unit or poolside unit? I think I will like the location at lot because the markets are so close, I like to cook when I'm there. I found Butt Bacon at Richie's in Feb - yum!

If you are looking for a garden view, reasonable priced condo at Paradise Villas look at www.ambergriscondo.com. Great location, quiet spot at PraDISE vILLAS.

Just got back from staying on Unit 5B, one of Nellie Gomez's condos. Comfortable 2 bedroom unit with a functional kitchen. Our only complaints were minimal. Some kitchen utensils were lacking for cooking, and no balcony/porch for drying gear. All in all, we really enjoyed it. It was a close walk to the pool with Easy access to town, the beach and 2 grocery stores. We'll stay there again for sure.

Tinkerbell - Thank you for the info - site has amazing pictures. Yakivet - I appreciate your comments. We started to reserve a 2 BR then found out about the porch, none of the 2 BR have one. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and will return. Thanks, again, for your comments.

HavinFun, We stayed in Cap'n Ron's downstairs unit approx. 3 years ago and absolutely loved it! It's ocean front with a porch, right next to the Blue Tang. Mornings and evenings were spent on that porch. Easy walk into the heart of town and two grocery stores a short walk from the back gate. I can't speak highly enough of Nellie and her staff. Our every need was met quickly. There was security at that time. Originally wanted the upstairs unit for the "best" ocean view. However, the palm trees obscure that view! lol
A bit prejudiced, I am, but I think it's a wonderful place to stay!

Thank you for your comments, egcntrk! It's beginning to sound like I may be prejudiced once we stay there!
