Very little. You won't need much, and you can get most anything here. Keep it simple...

Any electronic gadgets you may want and if you are particular about good quality linens and towels, bring your own. All your basic household and kitchen type stuff can easily be found here.

Your favourite music, you probably won't find it here. Make duplicates of your CD's and leave the originals up north. They don't last long here.

Good pots, swing away can opener, cutlery and sheets.

A blanket if you can fit one (even polar fleece) Not that we needed one often but during the last cold snap we were layering duvet covers to get warm wishing we had a good blanket.

We did dollar store trip for kitchen basics and plastic plates to have a starter set, was very helpful.

I always wanted a good frying pan . so in the end, I took a good frying pan down with me. Actually, I did that more than once because they kept going on walk about.

So my recommendation is take down a good frying pan AND a good sauce pan.

There's a little store in Belize City near the airport called Wagons. They sell decent cookware from the US. I bought a 10 pc set of Cuisinart stainless cookware from them for about $400BZ. You'll just need to look carefully at what you are buying.
