HCS is seeking donations to assist with the purchase of fill to support additional buildings to school 400 more children next year. Checks can be made payable to the Holy Cross School and deposited at Belize Bank. Or to the Friends of Holy Cross School also Belize Bank. Please support this Holy Cross School.

Does anyone know how much money was raised for Holy Cross on May 5th?

Newfoundlanders are the only people in heaven who want to go home.

It is great to hear that more money has been raised which I believe was meant for fill- why has the road to the school not been filled as was promised-there should be a list of thanks and info for all esp. the people who contributed for a specific task which has not yet been started

So many people organized themselves to help the school that the list is basically endless. However many of the kind people that helped with the auction were thanked in the San Pedro Sun. If you can thank of anyone that we have overlooked please tell us.

Much of the fill is gone to fill land to build more rooms. I toured the almost finished infirmary, dental clinic and admin office today on land filled since the fund raiser. You should come down and see whats going on. I think that if you'd be pretty impressed.

The road cant be completed until a huge sink hole is filled. The sand we have been recieving isnt enough to fill the hole and is better utilized filling land for classrooms.

We have to school and additional 400 students by September. The challange of accomplishing this is multi faceted and so is the solution.

Who told you that the money was going for fill was to build a road?

But since you mentioned it we met with Johnson International today to wrap up plans to fill the sink hole and road area with dredge spoil. Work should begin in the next few weeks.

I thank you for giving me the opportunity discuss the great results that we are achieving thanks to the many kind donations and support that we have recieved from both inside and outside the comunity.
