Unfortunately the efforts that have been made to stop the construction and operation of barges at a new facility across from Hol Chan have not seemed to make a difference. A member suggested that larger barge customers would be the only ones that actually could have an impact if they contacted the company directly and make their concerns known.

Hot air - the barge companies will do just as they please.
