Has anyone been to laguna estates on the leeward side. I know there are no services, but how is access from the water. Are there any homes built yet? Any info or pictures would be great

No homes in that subdivision yet but it is right across the water from Cayo Espanto www.aprivateisland.com

Access is shallow draft vessels only.
