Waters creeping in through the west door around. It's too unsafe to fix the problems right now. Just sitting tight. No one's allowed out right now.

Hi guys,

first time i've used this board. actually in lisbon, portugal right now, just saw cnn and how close the hurricane was to belize. I live in England, work for Yahoo!,and own land right beside casa caribe up at mexico rocks.

How are things there right now? Looks like the eye of the storm is right off the coast from the tv. Used to work for the Weather Channel actually, and I think from my old weather channel days its better to be south of the eye. but must be bad. are the trees coming down now?

Lankfords on the island, but haven't heard from him since 1am, even though his phone is busy.

I'm worried. It's just getting worse. I wish it would move north.

its definently east and we pray a little north of san pedro, but its war right now, and there's hell to pay.

they are getting battered, a few trees down, water rising. group prayer time.

I'm with you. I have been through hurricanes before but this one seems like a lulu! My prayers are with everyone!

Hang in there guys! It can only get better. We who have experienced hurricanes are wishing you well and know what you are going through. If the wind is off the lagoon, the eye must be north of you. Radar shows it just off the coast around Xcalac.
