hello all! i'm planning on buying a dive camera and wanted some feedback. preferably, it'd be less than $250, easy to use and providing crisp fotos. any comments are much appreciated. thanks!

don't know anything about buying them but i was looking into renting them from a dive shop. it seems you can, and u/w video too.

there are a few cameras in that price range, but they are limited in depth range and functionality(flash range usually). for about $500 you can get a pretty decent one(like the mx-10 kit shown below). they can be rented on AC for about $35 for use and a roll of film.

I stopped by Blue Hole Dive Shop on Front St. to find out about the cameras. They rent the Sea & Sea MX10.
First Day: $38.00
Second Day: $19.00
Third Day: $29.00
Second Camera: $20.00

All these prices are in U.S. dollars. This includes 36 exposure roll of film and brief photo lesson.

They can be reached at:
phone# 501-26-2982
Fax# 501-26-2981

Hope this helps! [Linked Image]
