Bit of a long shot posting this here but the papers don't come out yet. I have a downstairs apartment in my house that I'd like to let to a responsible reasonably quiet tenant. Concrete structure. One bedroom (currently) with A/C, large bathroom with bathtub & shower, open plan kitchen/dining room/living room, large closet, laundry room (shared with upstairs). Free internet, own water & electricity meters. Stumbling distance from Pedro's bar. US$500 pcm.
