P1, Nope. both prices include full stock, just $15k difference. SIN, Not really. More interested in the price discepincy than the actual business. Not that a wide spectrum of prices for the same property is anything new in San Pedro, just asking.

Figured as much. But thanks for the bump. Price may need to readjusted on the realtor's site. By the begining of the season it should be higher as profits and good will continue to increase.
