You may not know this, but the San Pedro Town Library runs a summer programme every year for local children. This year the programme is morning and afternoon, five days a week, for three weeks. The finale of this is that the kids get to go on field trips. This year one of the trips still needs sponsorship. We have approximately 35 children and 7 adult helpers. For the measly cost of $325 BZ, we can get them to the Butterfly Farm and feed them lunch. The low cost is only possible because Island Ferry have been kind enough to provide us with a boat at a reduced cost.
So if you think you can help - either by providing a free boat, or by sponsoring all or part of the trip, please private message me. It really is a great cause and will give you a warm fuzzy feeling all day if you can help. The trips are on the 2nd and 3rd of August, so get your warm fuzzies before time runs out!
