Its very calm out here. Haven't had rain in a while and there is a little bit of wind(10-17kts from the NW). The water level has risen about a foot and there are small rollers crashing on the seawall every 30 seconds or so. We expect once the weather starts getting windy and rainy again, it will stay that way until tomorrow.

My thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Dean's path.

Marty - Glad to see you are still providing this valuable communication outlet - we rode out Keith at the Palms and your board was my mom's support system for 3 days. Maybe you should get some sleep now before this board really heats up.

Winston says the center of the storm is a lil smaller. projected landfall is 30 miles north of chetumal give or take a lil. about 8pm the weather should get considerably worse. 5-8 swells at the reef currently

weather still holding for now

I'm new here, but have been following the discussions the past couple of days. My husband and I have visited AC a couple of times recently and just love it down there. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the people and animals who will be affected by this.
