This is from weather.com but it was a couple of hours ago:

Weather conditions are now beginning to deteriorate over the eastern Yucatan peninsula and northern Belize. The center of Hurricane Dean is expected to make landfall north of the border between Belize and the Mexican state of Quintana Roo and south of Tulum. It is here where a water rise of 8 to 15 feet can be expected with monstrous waves of 25 to 30 feet.

Basically he said there is alot of debris, downed trees and several roads are impassable. That info he got from the bdf out on patrol. He showed cellphone video of the shelter at the community college. People of all ages laying on the floor trying to get some sleep. He said not so much flooding.

Basically Patrick said the Northeast corner of the eye has passed Belize, so the most destructive part should be past. Or at least the part that usually does the most damage. He had a great video of the storm shelter where he is reporting from in Corozal. Kudos to CNN, they are trying to get more info on Belize and have said they will try to get in touch with Patrick again later.
