I've emailed CNN and FOX asking for reports on CC (and the other islands). Maybe more e-mails from those of you who are as worried as I am? Thanks!

Don't hold your breath....only reports coming out have been from Douglas at Corozal Bay Inn....last report was at 5ayem ish CDT....CNN and Faux have concentrated their reportage on the touristy areas THAT ESCAPED relatively unscathed....They do have folks in Chet yes and got one live report via Cell from Bacalar Chico.....stay tuned and some reports may trickle in.....

The "backside of the island should be getting hammered with wind and wind driven waves. EROSION and standing water are in order. HANG in THERE my FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!
