Oh jeez...this is getting ridiculous. So...it looks like Wednesday late night/Thursday morning? I was here for the last one but I don't remember...how early do they issue a voluntary evacuation warning? Two days before?

A TROPICAL STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR JAMAICA.

AT 11 AM EDT...1500 UTC...THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CAYMAN ISLANDS HAS
ISSUED A TROPICAL STORM WATCH FOR GRAND CAYMAN.

INTERESTS ELSEWHERE IN THE CENTRAL AND WESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA SHOULD

I cannot believe we are having to deal with this again only 9 days from Dean! Already stores are boarding up, water taxis are busy, and people are preparing. The skies look funny. Prepare for the worst and Hope for the Best I guess.
