There is a small article in the current Carb Trvl & Life (pg89) that states "Reportedly, Dicaprio is building an exclusive, renewable-energy-powered eco-lodge....."

What cracked me up is it's on a page with big bold text "Legends We Love"

I noticed he was wax... should have specified that but knew SIN what know what I meant... bizarre at best.

Leonardo DiCaprio Will Build 'Green Resort' in Belize

He bought Blackadore Caye in 2005 and now Hollywood mega star Leonardo Di Caprio has announced that he will open an upscale eco-resort in Belize. Blackadore Caye is located northwest of San Pedro Town between the southern Corozal District and Ambergris Caye. Blackadore has an area of 104 acres and is 2.2 miles long.

Di Caprio is reported to have paid US$1.75 million for the caye. He has reportedly struck a deal with the Four Seasons Group to create what’s called a green resort. Groundbreaking is reportedly set for 2008.

The Four Seasons Group had been prospecting all around Belize but chose Di Caprio’s island in no small part because of the marquee name involved.
