What kind of new ecological disaster is planned now??

The original BYC developer sold slips in what was supposed to be a full-service marina but the facilities degraded into disuse and the later resort operator reniged on the slip owners. All that's left at the present is a broken-down pier with no amenties. The resort is gaining a casino right now however. Maybe that will bring in the big bucks to revamp the marina.

Do you really think the present owners would honour any contract they had entered into if they later saw a better opportunity?

I see the new marina is due to open in the autumn of 2008. Is that in the same way that the new condo block was due to be completed and in occupation by Christmas 2006?

As impressive as the marina looks - my mega super yacht simply won't fit!

I wouldn't mind, but the concrete block at Tuffee just isn't big enough for mine. Pulled it right over!

I guess our Mini Yacht "Rufffin It" will just have to remain here in Sunny Neptune New Jersey until the Marina is built.
