Just made a post under your " Maserati parts". I'm curious to know where in Italy do you call home. Do you own a resturant and host a TV cooking show? I used to watch alot of cooking shows and spent four years in our gourmet capital, New Orleans. I've spent some time with the great chef Paul Prudhomme, when I was a Skycap in New Orleans. I was the guy who had to convince these chefs to trust their knife to me, that the airlines do not make exceptions to chefs carrying their "favorite" knife. I would rather seperate a Mother and Child, than a Chef and Knife. Take care.
