Since our last thread on trash was deleted (must have hit a sore spot) I was just curious about how this new system is working? People are supposed to get fined for littering, dumping and generally not cleaning up their yard. There was so much fan fare about it in October but now that the new 'law' is actually in effect, I haven't heard a single peep.

Just Curious.

October is clean up campaign month for most of the planet.
It would be nice to hear that at least one person got fined and the anti litter law isn't like jay walking where there is no history of enforcement.
