It is two o’clock in the morning and I am at my wits end. The barge that delivers sand and gravel here for all the construction is making so much noise it is impossible to sleep. This is not uncommon. Who ever captains these vessels seem to have no sense at all. They try to come in or go out on a low tide and get hung up in the sand. Instead of waiting for the tide to come in they sit out there and reeve their motors endlessly.

Tourists pay a lot of money to stay in the places up here. I can not believe that they will tolerate this. As people start staying at Reef Village I expect that they too will not be happy to hear this.

I have called the police and will go in tomorrow morning and file the official complaint. I don’t know what else to do.

THE CLOISTERS
THE VILLAGES @ DEL RIO
BERMUDA PLACE
BERMUDA LANDING
And many private homes in the Tres Cocos area

He just got free and is headed out. It has been more than one hour.
