Did anyone hear a very loud boom? It was almost like thunder but not thunder. It shook the house Our neighbours and us all came out of our houses as it was so strange and so loud. We live south of town.

Speaking of strange, I heard there were UFO sightings on the island this week.

loud and strange noise was a big truck tire blowing out around the corner from us. I didn't know truck tires could make such a huge noise. No details on UFO sightings I'm afraid. They had calls into Reef Radio about them a few days ago. Apparently there were several reports from different parts of the island.

Colly, I thought I spotted a couple of UFO's in town last week during the San Pedro Day parade, but turns out it was Capt. Jeff & Coconet Steve. (Must be the cell phone Jeff wears around his neck, I thought it was some sort of transporter device). Also lots of Unidentified F'd-up Over-indulgers (sp) @ BC's Sunday jamm secessions (Myself included)
