I remember something from many years ago. Some guy had just gotten a big settlement in a product liability suit, seems he was trimming his hedge with a power mower and somehow injured himself. My thought after seeing him and his family on tv, leaving the courtroom, was "my God, these people wear their stupidity like a badge of honor."
Been there, done that, the washing machine ate the T-shirt

The problem with the world is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
"somehow injured himself"! so, now all mowers state "do not use mower to trim hedges"? since they dont say not use one to groom your pug, you have the right to do so, sue for damages, and then buy that villa on the north end?
i cant see how any mfr can foresee all the possibilities any moron can think up.
"groom your pug"?????? Jane, that's hilarious (or would be if the mental image wasn't so ghastly)!!! And I agree . . . it seems like we're moving to a no-fault society where everything bad that happens to you is someone's else's fault, regardless of the poor choices you make or the stupid acts you commit.
When you find a big kettle of crazy, it's best not to stir it.
