Ummm, that article is from September of 2001!!

Still, Musa has been Prime Minister since 1998. Moises Cal was the former Ambassador for Belize to Central America, not the prime minister, and the dude has some major problems these days!

I can never remember which is better . . . safe? . . . or sorry?
