Just wondering if anyone's had any experience in driving a vehicle from outside BZ and then selling it in Belize.

Wondering if the high duty/taxes on bringing a vehicle in are processed on arrival or on sale? Is it possible for the seller to recoup said duty/tax on the sale price. Is there a strong market for vehicles inside BZ City? Ect.
