Hoping against hope that someone might come across my Charlie - he is a black and white cat, male, about 5 months old I'd say, very friendly. The black markings on his head make him look like he's wearing a Zorro mask and he has a little black mark on the bottom part of his nose (hence Charlie b/c it looks like Charlie Chaplin's moustache). Anyway, I can't find any pics of him just yet but will add if I can. He went out last night and did not show up again this AM or since. We live down at the end of the road that runs along the left side of "lake" (lagoon inlet) in DFC. I am hopeful that someone picked him up or somehow or other came across his path. I will check with Saga tomorrow. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Hey all - some sad news. I found Charlie near our house this morning - he met with an early demise, cause unknown. It is a sad day here for me, I really loved the little guy. Thanks for checking in.

Sorry to hear this. All of us who have lost pets feel for you. There are some lovely kittens currently in SAGA which are longing to try to replace Charlie.

So sorry to hear about Charlie. They are like family. When you feel up to it adopt another little guy. I know SAGA will have someone for you!

Thanks for the sympathy, I appreciate it. Yes it does hurt like I lost a family member, esp. since I felt like his "mummy" Charlie was a stray who I rescued from the street (al of my animals are) so yes, in time, I will go to SAGA to look for another little guy to add to the family. But there's no replacing this guy, he was one extra special kitty ;(

I'm so sorry about your little kitten. My heart breaks every time I hear of someone losing a pet. Take time to grieve before you get another one, but getting another one will help ease the pain.
