I have appreciated all of your trip report. My wife and I are traveling to AC in April. We are trying to book a place. I am about to book Mata Chica. Any input?

I wanted to stay at the Victoria House, but it is already booked. I would greatly appreciate any input you could give.

One other question. My wife and I love to explore, eat in local spots. One of my other concerns are water taxis to and from hotel. If we choose to eat and stay late in San Pedro, is it hard to find a SAFE water taxi back?
