Oh and I forgot, everytime I go down there it rains everyday and I never catch any fish or a buzz for that matter.

But why eat my vegetables I already know that I am short!

I think you tell stories az.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.

When you find a big kettle of crazy, it's best not to stir it.

In 11 days, the only not-so-good meal we had was a lunch in Caye Caulker. Other than that, Christo's, Banana Beach (El Divino), Rico's, and the street vendors all had great food. Did a lot of our own cooking with the local spices, fish and sausage and that was great, too. And, thanks to Nasser's for the home made yogurt.

Fresh fruit, juices & banana muffins every day and didn't gain a pound. I have the guts of a coyote, but my wife has a tender stomach. She never had a problem there, except in CC with the greasy fries & fish sandwich. Unrefined sugar, low gluten flour and rice are staples at home.

Made chicken adobo the first full night home with some of the ingredients we brought back. Will be running out soon, so I guess I'll have to go back to AC to get some more.

Love is blind. Marriage is an eye opener.

Yeah, the skydiving isn't what I expected.... the view was horrible, the color of the water wasn't that beautiful color of mud brown that's on the Texas coast. (all this typed w/ tongue in cheek of course)
