Great stuff but who would do the installation and maintenance?

I would be more than happy to install them. Maintenance to the solar lighted units would or should be minimal according to the manufacturer, but I can't imagine that it would be a very difficult or extremely time consuming task. The key is to keeping them in place. These things, specifically the lighted ones have a tendency to go missing. Whichever ones are used they would go a long way to helping prevent damage to coral and reef and sometimes very costly repairs to engines.
