I had no service at all on Sunday after 7am, for over 24 hours. Today I have email fairly reliably but web browsing is very poor. Many pages won't load at all, others load after several attempts and very slowly.
If it weren't for what I heard a few days ago I'd just criticise Coral Cable. But I have been told separately that BTL are deliberately downgrading the service they give corporate customers/competitors, affecting both Smart internet (used on the mainland) and Coral Cable. I understand it's not that they're diverting resources to their own use, which would at least make some sense, but that it is a purely destructive exercise to prevent the competition being able to provide a decent service. What we expect of BTL, in fact.
Anyone else using Coral Cable experiencing poor browsing even though email works?
