principles as opposed to principals - and I am my boss!

and, assuming arguendo, I doubt you could afford any rental fees which might be applicable...

Did you notice the dig at my own spelling, plus the button pushing assuming your boss would be a man?

I know you've missed me!

2 tough questions - are you all ready?

Question 1:
If you knew a woman who was pregnant, who had 8 kids already, three who were deaf, two who were blind, one mentally retarded, and she had syphilis, would you recommend that she have an abortion?

Read the next question before looking at the response for this one.
Question 2:
It is time to elect a new world leader, and only your vote counts. Here are the facts about the three candidates.

Candidate A.
Associates with crooked politicians, and consults with astrologists. He's had two mistresses. He also chain smokes and drinks 8 to 10 martinis a day.

Candidate B.
He was kicked out of office twice, sleeps until noon, used opium in college and drinks a quart of whiskey every evening.

Candidate C
He is a decorated war hero. He's a vegetarian, doesn't smoke, drinks an occasional beer and never cheated on his wife.
Which of these candidates would be our choice?
I'll post the answer on the next line from me while you think about it

There are many dangers to relying on anecdotal evidence. It seeks to prove the general by citing the specific and is by definition unscientific.

Candidate A is Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Candidate B is Winston Churchill.
Candidate C is Adolph Hitler.

And, by the way, on your answer to the abortion question:
If you said YES, you just killed Beethoven.
Pretty interesting isn't it? Makes a person think before judging
someone.

What do you meanthe Ark wasn't real?

I'll have you know that just because a fable was passed down through many generations before the written word came about, and then it was further translated into many differing languages, each with a slightly differing spin, does not mean it isn't truthful in every way!

Don't you understand that almost every conflict for 2000 + years has been based on some variation of "my fables better than your fable" and people the world over* will fight and die based upon those fables?

*Except for the pacifists, who will let someone else kill them, to prove their fables are better than anyone else's?

It seems that perhaps in some cases natural selection hasn't worked well enough...
