Who can give me the best recipe for ceviche? I am missing it so much and want to give it a try at home!!! We had the best I think from a lady that sold it at Canucks!!
I can never get enough of it when we are there!!

I agree that the ceviche that I bought from a beach vendor at Canuck's was the best I had on AC!! Here's a site with a number of varieties of ceviche to try: Ceviche Recipes

Well, first dive into Gun Lake, and select a fresh Conch.......
It's rarely rocket science, it's usually just math: then again if you can't do the math.......

Note to self, try the ceviche from Canucks... hey wait, they don't serve food there, do they? Y'all talking about the street side or Monkey Bites??

Neither, TQ!! It's a beach vendor carrying a little cooler filled with plastic cups of conch and shrimp ceviche. Great stuff . . . sell it to you with a plastic fork and a small bag of homemade fried tortilla chips for about $4.00bze. You just have to be lucky and be sitting on a barstool when she wanders in!! Which is generally not a problem for me!!

Darned it. When we were there, we made a piont to find the best ceviche we could. Missed that li'l pot o' gold at Canucks. Will have to remember for next time.
Otherwise, we found the best either at El Patio or the Sports bar on Caulker.
