While Belizeans are struggling with ever rising prices, they will be heartened to know that food prices are dropping in the UK.

Apologies to Capn. Jeff.

It is basic supply and demand, no one else wants to eat the food you people do. grin

Chip Butty, Bubbles&Squeaks, Yorksire Pudding, Haggis, Hienz beans out of the can, etc.

Can't remember the last time I was looking for a restaurant to go eat and the first that came to mind was trying to find an English Restaurant. grin

You know that the English national dish is now officially (per a government minister) chicken tikka marsala? The roast beef of olde England went with olde England. And I haven't had mead in years.

There you go Jeff and Ernie, using my real name. Now the more intelligent ones on this board will be able to figure out who bywarren is and I will have lost my anonymity and have to watch what I say from now on.

bywarren your photo avatar is the dead give away. I see you a mile away in that bowler hat when you walk down front street. And don't I occasionally see you sipping a quiet drink in the corner at Pedro's?
