<1> As an avid fan of weight training; i fear that my anticipated stay in Belize, (AC) could be seriously hampered if i don't have proper access to a free-weighted gym? Doe's anyone know if Oscar's has been affected by the storm?

<2> AND! Has Oscar's a good incline leg press machine; hamstring curl + butt-blaster?

<3> AND! Would anybody know if Oscar's might be up for sale? I would be interested in purchasing half if not all of the existing concern? But like always, it's a matter of price <AND> what it's like? NO! I have not seen site yet.
