I had this crazy idea to import champagne for my wedding rather than paying for the champagne toast offered at my resort. Is this legal or not? I would only want a few bottles...

I think everyone should have the option of importing champagne.

I just didn't know if it could go through customs. I was thinking of shipping, not trying to bring it with me.

Maybe you can get your guests to bring a bottle each. Just an idea.
