hello everyone,

We are looking at coming down to Sueno del Mar around oct(sp?) I would so appreciate any info or advice. I have looked at their place on line, but it seems out dated or better yet, it just doesn't have the info that I would like. I know it is a timeshare, but that is about all I know. I can't even tell if there is a grocery store near by......yes, my name is Arky, don't hold that against me :-)

thanks Otteralum, since it is a private timeshare, I figured there wouldn't be too many responses. I am sure we will enjoy our stay.

private is right...it is 12 miles north of town. that's quite a boat ride - i've only seen it from the water.

looks really gorgeous from the website. i haven't any idea what's up there...locals?

Hey arky, we met a guy last year that bought a timeshare up there. What I understand is it is remote and private, but less $$ than a timeshare closer to San Pedro. I believe you can only get there by boat or float plane, no road, so no golf cart. From the guy we met, it sounded nice.

No grocery stores, you order through them and they deliver to your room.

Sueno is a class act!

The owner is not. Be careful.
