Every time there is a festival or carnival here in town, huge semi trucks attempt to manuvre through our narrow roads. This blocks up traffic for blocks and poses a safety issue for drivers, pedestrians, and kids. Will someone explain to me why they are not made to move these silly trucks at night when traffic is minimal?????? They always seem to me driving at 8am when traffic is at its heaviest.

I would think that it would be harder to move larger equipment at night for fear of hitting power lines or buildings.

I don't know it kinda reminded me of my daily commute to and from work when we got stopped that day. laugh

But why eat my vegetables I already know that I am short!

I've seen them come down Coconut Drive really early in the morning moving houses....of course I never have my camera...but they usually have a guy riding on top with a big stick, so he can raise up the utility lines along the way.....

I think the circus is back....go Ponce!
