Anyone want to try out my new scrub board?
I got enough laundry to open a Chinese laundromat....LOL
If you each take a turn for 30 minutes...we can knock this out in no time.
I'll supervise....LOL

SS: From what I have read lately, you deserve to supervise and have everybody else do the work. You have been running around like a wild woman checking on people and places. God love ya. Will not have opportunity to meet you during Thanksgiving week, but rescheduled trip in early May.

Been there, done that!!!! I HIGHLY recommend you were gloves. When I had to do this I had no skin left on my knuckles....
not to mention that my shoulders ached for days. I REALLY feel for you.... Would come down and help if I could. God love you. Hang in there. Any time frame as to when you will have electricity returned to your home and get that washer cranked up????

My advise is to throw it all out---Paisano will find it and clean it up and you can buy it back from him!!!!

Deb...it isn't an electrical problem....LOL,,it's a washer problem.
I'm on Front St. so I've had power since a few days after the storm.
I usually take my laundry to Nellie's Laundromat though which is on Middle St., with no power.
They were stringing new power lines yesterday there and hopefully by the end of the week..they will have power.
I talked to Nellie yesterday.....she is hopeful too for next week. Need power and a little clean up and then back in business!
