Another easy one, but oh so good! Sometimes it’s difficult to thoroughly cook pork and not dry it out, so here is the solution:
This work great for those beautiful center cut chops about 1 ½” thick, but should work on thinner, just cut the time down.
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Complete coat the chops (top, bottom & sides) with MAYONISE (not fat free please)
Sprinkle on any seasoning of choice
Bake 40 minutes
That’s it – Just remember 400 for 40 and you will not have to look up the recipe again.
