I was devastated to hear that he's missing and the search has been called off. Oswaldo worked with me and my then husband, Ralston, at Innovative Watersports for a number of years. We knew him for more than 5 years. Also, to Sergio's friends and family, my prayers go out to you.

So, Oswaldo, wherever you are, we love and miss you!

Suave has been a very good friend to me for a very long time. I am 13 years old, and I will miss him very much.

One my favorite things that I ever did in Belize was with Suave. He took my family out to shark ray alley and he was lifting the sharks out of the water and letting us touch them.

I will miss Suave, it was very sad when I found out about him.

I hope that he has moved onto a better like, We will all miss him. He was the best of friends.

Perhaps it would be possible for all of us who knew Suave to donate to the San Pedro Town Board Relief Fund in his name. This would be a fitting tribute to him from all of the many visitors to San Pedro that he helped and impressed with his smile and his nautical skill.
