Any one got a good recipe for baked fish??? Looking for something new and different.

1 1/2 lbs filets
1 tsp vinegar
2 Tbsp Butter, melted

HORSERADISH AND APPLE SAUCE

1/2 CUP horseradish
1 medium size apple. peeled.cored and shreded
3/4 cup sour cream
salt

sugar

Sprinkle the fish with salt and vinegar. place in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with melted butter. Bake in a preheated 400 Degree oven for 10 min.Meanwhile mix horseradish with the apple. stir in the sour cream and season with salt and a pinch of sugar. Pour the horseradish sauce over the fish. Bake for another 15 minutes. Serve with Boiled potatoes

Place the fish fillets on aluminum foil, add salt and pepper to taste. Top with a couple of pats of butter and slices of onion and green pepper. Seal up foil and put on the grill for 10 minutes. Easy and quick, I add pepper sauce cause I like the fire.

My fave way, too, Dabunk!! I also will add a thin slice or two of fruit (lime or mango or papaya) or two to give it that tropical flavor.
