Okay all you computer gurus.....
I need help!!!! I just received a btmp picture via email.... Very important picture.... When I open the file, the picture is there but all the colors are in reverse.... It looks like a negative. I've tried everything, and if none of you want to see me bald from ripping hair out, please respond.... Beach Bum???? Anybody????

Check to see if your monitor (in the accessories menu) is set for 16 bit high color. Look under the color tab. If not reset it and then restart your PC. Maybe the picture is supposed to be negative. Just kiddin'

Anything more is WAY beyond me.

Ha ha ha ha, I received the picture perfectly, it is so beautiful, with the most wonderful smile. I put it up as wallpaper and now I can't remember how to delete wallpaper. Must run in our family. LOL

Cjloe... do Start, Settings, Control Panel, then Display... you'll figure it out from there.

Got wallpaper stuck on your screen. Click the right mouse button and delete or what ever. That right mouse button does wonders, check it out! It also does the reverse if you look at picture and want it as wallpaper.
as for Mac's don't know if it works that way don't have one myself.
