Maybe I am naive, but the interest rate seems high on those loans, for rebuilding after a disaster.

I couldn't agree more on the interest rate. Seems like a heck of a high payment to me.

every site i touched during keith i messed up. luckily i didn't touch many.

still not quite back to normal in the brain. but that's a moving target.
