Ok everyone, I'm looking for someone that does Beach BBQ's and possibly incorporate it w/ a snorkel trip. Looking for your opinions. Thanks!

Try Oliver Stuart http://www.caribeantoursbelize.com/ he's a sweetie. I have sent lots of guests with him and they always have an amazing time. Think about incorporating Manatees, snorkeling, fishing and the BBQ.

El Gato is fantastic, great rum punch & great cook, always finds lots of lobster, fits 4 nicely.
Book in advance.

To be a little clearer for those that are not familiar with Geraldo and Oliver's set up (dcg probably is as a multiple times visitor but others may not be), The El Gato is a Sailing trip on a 36(ish) foot Catamaran and Oliver has a 30(ish) foot skiff. Both are great guys with years and years of experience of the local waters, and both are entertaining, top end guides who run their own businesses. Choose on your preference of boating style and whichever you go with will be great day.

"Did you do a search?"
I think that might have been the very first thing anyone said to me on this message board and I've hated that response ever since! laugh
