After reading all of the personal attacks and discussions about investments I figure it's time to enlighten you all.
There are two rules about doing business/investing in Belize.
1. Everything IS for sale.
2. Everyone IS full of S#%T.
Once you realize those two rules it is up to you, the buyer, to get as much information about the business or property from as many different people as possible. If you do your "homework" and look at a business or property objectively, and ask as many realtors and locals about your venture to make a "well informed decision" you will make out
OK. There are a few exceptions to Rule #2. Most of them drink in Pedro's.
