Does anyone know if it is OK to go to CC yet? Did the electricity get restored. Just looking for some feed back on CC.
Thanks,
Law.Kan.

I know Tropical Paradise is up and running. See the other parts of Belize on this same board for more answers.

I just returned from Caye Caulker, its o.k. to go now. I stayed at Martinez, there was electricity and water, everything seemed to be working o.k. There is lots of mud on the middle of the island, and don't plan on walking barefoot on the sandy streets, wear sandals. I was impressed with the state of the cleanup, the Cyber Cafe on Front street has internet access up and running again, with electricity and phone service. I was going to go out with Nino for a reef check, but ran out of time. From what he tells me, the reef is o.k. and snorkel tours will be starting again soon.
