now has the wonderful Chef Chap as Chef de Cuisine. Jen remains Executive Chef and the restaurant is now open. I just know that there are lots of fans of Chap out there, so now you know where to find him.

Never heard of Chap? - you gotta go check out the team at Casa Picasso when you come down next trip.

Chap makes some fantastic creations between he and Jen that place is gonna rock.

Chap is also a rather adorable human being of whom I am very fond. You'll love him and his cooking TQ.

I'm with you on this one. The only downside I see is that I don't think Chap's cubano will make it on the menu at Casa Picasso which may be the best sandwich I have ever had!!!

Bernie, I don't know who Chap is, fill me in. We allways loved Casa Picasso.

Why no Cubano...

Can't they dress it up with a sprig of cilantro or something to make it a little more fo-fo?

Drizzle Ketchup on the side of the plate smile

I love his Cubano and was devastated (well at least momentarily saddened)when I could no longer get one at Tackle Box frown

I am sure you met him Al. I think he has worked at a few different places-Island Perk at the outset, Tackle Box etc.. He is an interesting character with a great sense of humor-you'd like him.
He would make the cubano's at Island Perk on Fridays if I recall and they were AMAZING.
