Hi. I have two questions and I don't have time to read all the posts. One, does anyone know how the Tropica Beach Resort is recovering from the hurricaine, Any word on when it will be open? Two, where is the best place to make a donation to help Belize recover from the hurricaine? A phone number or address would be perfect. Thanks and have a great day.

Greetings From Tropica.

All utilities have been restored and at this time Tropica is in full operation and presently servicing our guest arrivals that began on Oct. 27

Our restaurant, bar, pool, dive shop and rooms are all in order.

All activities are also being serviced without interruption.

The Tropica staff are all OK and have returned to work.

Our beach has increased in size again as it did with the Mitch hurricane.

The Barrier Reef of Belize off Ambergris Caye has not been harmed.

Terri....If you need further info on Tropica or donations...you don't have to read all of the posts...just do a search.

At the top of this page on the right...under where it says AddTopic....Reply......there is a search link.

For instance you could search this one by using the words Tropica...and you would get only the topics that pertain to that.

Same for donations.
