Can someone please tell me...

How does the Queens Law effect the use of my beach by unwanted persons ???

Where can I get a copy ?

I understand that there was a clairification some years back and that it prohibits all but casual use for sunbathing swimming, etc.

Any Info will be appreciated.

Transit from the main part of a resort to an annex.

This is being done by the owners, employees and guests.

As I understand, this is commercial and is not allowed.

Do you mean they are walking across your beachfront?

Not sure I have a correct picture of what is going on.

Just spell it out for me in simple names please.

I'm a simple girl....LOL [Linked Image]

Unless the Belize government has changed the law, the Queen's right of way refers to being able to walk the beach unimpeded or to otherwise land a boat on the beach for a legitimate purpose. It does not imply that one can then set up shop on the beach, or store his/her boat there indefinitely. It's because of the right of way that no one is allowed to erect fences from the property down across the beach and block access to it.
