Bringing donations for school. Will arrive BZE Nov. 11, Noon. Is there a drop point at the airport that I can leave this. Will there be a problem with customs??? School supplies, books, etc. Thanks for any info, leaving in 4 days.

Everything that has been marked for Belize Hurricane Relief Fund, C/O Honourable Patty Arceo, C/O San Pedro-Caye Caulker, Ambergris Caye, Belize, C.A......has been let in duty free.

These were boxes that were being shipped down in Bulk by Rick & Cheri Frantz.

I guess you could try to label it that way...or call Rick and see if he ship it for you with the next batch of stuff.

It's 1am.....so I'm still a tad sleepy and dont have his addy or phone at my fingertips....but it has been posted all over this board on numerous occaisions. You can do a search for it.
Marty has it also, as well as Edd Haskins.

Far as we know, everything labeled properly has cleared customs. So, if you want to personally deliver your donation to the school, there probably won't be a problem. If you want to ship your donation here, Rick's address is:Rick Frantz, 3721 Hackberry Ln., Bedford, Texas 76021.

I'd get ahold of Conchita at the high school or Angel, and make sure they meet you at the airport in San Pedro. I would also ask them for their recommendations as to the customs situation.

I am sure Patty or Gilbert could meet you at Belize International to clear customs if necessary, but it would be nice to not make them do that if we don't have to.
