Cayo Espanto is 100% -- we did it inside of the 21 days. They are booked full right now.
Caye Caulker -- the main area -- is all back together. Lights and phone --
clean -- plenty of hotels/clubs etc open -- but few tourists. The new beach
is still there and perfect! A great new local style hotel is going up right
across from Sand Box. They started before the hurricane -- were untouched
-- and nearing completion now.
Down Town San Pedro is the same -- you can't tell there was a Keith.
Utilities- WOW!
They did an incredible job of getting new posts and lines in!! And very
good clean-up!!
I could not believe how fast and how well!!
