The national hurricane center gives this invest a less than 20% chance of developing. It isn't off the coast of Honduras, it is off the coast of Costa Rica, moving east.
Doubtful at this time that the rollers are coming from the energy of that invest. More like a cold front being forced out by the trade winds. With the invest being pushed east I suppose something could happen, but typically when they are in this area they then to cross to the pacific or get sucked up flung across Haiti etc.
As they say, you never know until it is over, but I am not worried about this one.... yet.
